I grew up on a farm in Southern Minnesota. I am the youngest of four and the only girl. I love my family and the farm, but I never saw myself spending my life on the farm. Since I was young I was involved in piano, dance, 4-H, and every sport possible. I always loved singing karaoke, making up songs and dances. I remember seeing the music video for "Any Man Of Mine" by Shania Twain when I was just five, I knew right then and there that I wanted to be involved with music! Throughout elementary and high school I participated in band, choir, show choir, and several solo and ensemble contests.  I was also selected to sing in the Minnesota All-State Choir 2005-2006.

As soon as I graduated high school I was off to college for music.  Oh jeez, college was fun!  But getting a college degree will not be the greatest achievement I will do in my lifetime. I've always had big dreams and I’ve never let those dreams go. Even throughout college, I dreamed of coming to Nashville and being a singer.  I guess I always knew deep down where I belonged. Here I am now, in Nashville and I couldn't be happier.

I am also passionate about helping people. When I'm not writing about my life experiences, I find myself writing about important issues such as suicide, cancer, and human trafficking to name a few. I care about people and I want to do everything in my power to make this world a better place for everyone. Last but not least, I must thank God for my talents. They are not my own, but given to me from God above. I am very blessed and I will continue to share my talents with the world so long as it's God's will. Thank you for reading this and thank you for the support.
